Training Consultancy
CMMDA initially worked with community members mainly through need-based approach; however it has now strategically planned to mobilize the communities for their genuine participation and sustainable development through right-based approach.
In addition to implementing health and social programs through community-based participatory approach, CMMDA also intends to be involved in partnership with alliance organizations, in strengthening the capacity of local civil society organizations (CSOs) and civil society movements (CSMs) in the thematic areas of Health, Water Supply, Sanitation and Hygiene Promotion (WASH), Livelihoods, and Humanitarian Support.
Hence, CMMDA has been assigned as Chair-organization of SUN CSA in Myanmar for two consecutive years (2017 and 2018). Currently, CMMDA is successfully implementing WASH and Nutrition projects funded by PLAN International (Myanmar). CMMDA strongly believed that this implementing experience will enhance the technical and institutional capacity of the organization.
